Terms and Conditions, also known as Terms of Service or Terms of Use, are essentially rules that enable the extent of use deemed acceptable, rights, and responsibilities of both the service provider-a website, app, or company the users or customers. Discusses ownership of trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property, and terms and conditions under which access to and use them is allowed or forbidden.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY This is a situation where liability, on the part of the provider, is limited in case there is a loss of data, damage, and other issues that may emanate from the use of the service.
